Fathom first appeared on “Words” in 2022. It was the last completed song, I perhaps rushed it a bit as well as aiming higher than my comfort zone. After ongoing tweaks over many months, as I’m not a pro, this arrangement/mix better expresses the intentions, though the album version is fine, and better mastered by Evan. Basically I couldn’t leave it alone as it may be my best work. The video is simply some newbie Final Cut Pro FX on a still because I can’t leave well enough alone. Headphones could be good. The track is available for free download here, in all normal resolutions up to 96k.
