JUST $45.00 EACH, B&W, no quality compromise. For your holidays, gifts or just for yourself, 17″ x 22″ prints will be just $45.00. The normal high quality ink/RIP setups will be used with Cone Piezography inks. Normally for holiday specials I have featured warm prints on Hahnemühle Bamboo to promote the use of sustainable materials. This year I am offering a second option, the cool inkset on Hahnemühle PhotoRag Bright White, as I have some inventoried. This combination is first come first serve, until it runs out, I won’t be stocking more of this paper.

I MUST HAVE YOUR FILES BY DECEMBER 18th. The sale starts now and the sooner I get your files the better. The only way this will work is with very specific guidelines, see below. The densities and gamut of of these papers is high and up to the performance of all the Hahnemühle line. The new Cone HD MK black ink has raised the dmax to 1.8+. Because it makes a beautiful combination with Bamboo, the Cone ink B&W setup will be a slightly warm special blend. The Photo Rag Brite White looks particularly good with the cool inkset, a special blend of their Selenium inks and Neutral.

SALE CONDITIONS- Image size must be 15.9″ x 20.9″ or smaller, your image will be centered on the 17″ x 22″ sheet, no custom placement, no custom trimming. If your image is not handed off at size, please let me know your desired dimension. Be sure to specify which of the two options, warm/Bamboo or selenium/PhotoRag Bright. Images MUST be tagged with the color working space. Files should be be tiffs for best quality, ready to print. PS and JPEG files are also accepted. THERE WILL BE NO PROOFS! This contributes to the economical pricing. If your file was prepped with a calibrated monitor, you will get what you expect. Multiple additional prints from the SAME FILE will be $25.00, if you’d like to make several gifts from the same image. There will be no rush jobs at these prices, turn around will be 5 business days plus shipping time, plan ahead to take advantage of this. Please be aware, large areas of solid blacks are very sensitive to flakes and scuffs on these papers, such images are better suited to photo surfaces IMHO.

All this will be hands off, I need your files via dropbox or any other form of electronic delivery, ask me for ftp instructions if you want to upload to me. You may also send them to me in the mail if preferred. I will be sending prints to you parcel post. Packaging and shipping costs are shown below. Payment is by check included with mailed files or PayPal only. ANY DEVIATION FROM THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WILL REVERT THE JOB TO NORMAL PRICING.
Give art for the holidays, even to yourself. Let’s see the year out by helping each other, conscious of the changing times, economy, and environment, looking forward to next year and progress.

Paper information supplied by Hahnemühle follows.

Bamboo 290 paper from Hahnemühle is a paper which is 90% bamboo and 10% cotton.. It is a warm white with a brightness of 83 and is OBA free. Bamboo requires no fertilizers, insecticides, or irrigation. Bamboo is fast growing with a three to five year harvesting period, renewable, and biodegradable. This crop sequesters carbon more efficiently than slower growing plants. Compared to a similar strand of trees, Bamboo absorbs 45% more carbon dioxide from the air. Bamboo can even improve soil quality in places where erosion and degradation of the natural mineral has occurred. It needs very little water to grow, which means it can thrive in a variety of climates without depleting water supplies.
Photo Rag Bright White is a 100% cotton paper with a smooth surface texture – guarantees archival standards. With its premium matt inkjet coating Photo Rag Bright White meets the highest industry standards regarding density, colour gamut, colour graduation and image sharpness while preserving the special touch and feel of genuine art paper. Compatible with pigmented and dye inkjet systems. It does have moderate OBA content.
